Great looking morning this morning with a very light north east wind and calm conditions on the Whaingaroa Harbour. High tide 9.30 so get out there this morning.

There is waves to be had as well this morning with light offshore’s and a smaller west to southwest swell 1-2 feet on the beach.

Cold as but great paddling again this morning. The tide is high and will be low at 2.30 this afternoon. The sun is shining and we have a freshening northeast breaze. A classic “Smoke on the Water ” morning ….

Waves as well today with a smaller an easterly wind and 2-3 feet on the Points. Morning sickness first thing.

Cooler but sunny and inviting this morning for paddling. a light southerly and high tide was this morning at 7.45.

Waves around as well on the Points with 3-4 feet. Expecting the swell to ease slowly.

Its friday which means the weekend is just around the corner. The forecast is for westerly winds reasonably strong. We will be able to paddle though with high tide in the afternoons you will be able find sheltered spots to paddle on Whaingaroa harbour.

Rising swell on the exposed beaches and points over the weekend. Should be quite big by Monday.

Thoughts go today to the servicemen who died for us. So we could paddle today free and easy.

Its a great day to paddle as well with the sun shining and high tide around 1.30. light northeast that should ease around the high tide and a sea breeze should develop by the early afternoon.

Another amazing sunny day with high tide in the middle of the day. Light winds from the northeast and its looking like another day of calm conditions.

The Whaingaroa harbour is looking very cool this morning with a high tide and light winds. The sun is shining so get out there as soon as you can. Surf as well again today if you are keen.

The fog is lifting and it is looking like another sunny day. High tide was 7.30 this morning so its another day with the tide out. Light winds with northeast on the cards this morning and southwest in the arvo. Little waves on the points. Beach breaks looking like fun for a paddle.

Sunny and no wind this morning. High tide mid afternoon around 2.30. freshening southwest winds on the cards.

The weekend is looking alright as well. Cool but sunny is the weather forecast.

Looks like paddling is on the cards this arvo with a wind swing to the south west. This will open up the eastern side of the wharf and down into Lorenzen Bay, making for good paddling on the high tide.
